House Rules

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is at 2PM, and check-out is at 12PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement.
- Extended hours will be charge for 250 pesos per hour.Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy of the condo unit is 8. Please ensure that this limit is not exceeded at any time during your stay.Cleanliness and Tidiness:
GOLDEN RULE: AVOID USING OUTDOOR SLIPPERS INSIDE THE UNIT
Please treat the unit as your own. To maintain cleanliness, avoid using outdoor shoes or slippers inside and kindly use the indoor slippers provided.- Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your stay. Dispose of trash properly and keep the condo unit a neat condition.- Please observe CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).
A ₱500+ cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirtiness.Food Waste Disposal
- Do not throw food scraps into the sink. Kindly dispose all food waste in the designated trash bins to help keep the plumbing clean and avoid clogging.Noise and Disturbances
- Please respect the quiet hours between 9PM to 6AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.
- Avoid loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances that may disrupt the tranquility of the property.Smoking and Vaping:
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo unit and within the building premises. Please use designated smoking area in the balcony only.Visitor Policy:
• Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Registered guests only.
• Visiting hours are only until 6:00 PM.
• All visitors must submit a valid ID upon entry for verification.
• A maximum of 4 visitors is allowed.
• Exceeding the visitor limit will result in additional guests being counted as extra pax, subject to corresponding feesPets:
- As much as we love animals, pets are not allowed to maintain cleanliness and respect everyone's comfort.Damages and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, appliances, or any part of the unit during their stay.
- The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the guest will be responsible for the additional amount.
